      新公司成立已经有2个月零15天了，一切运行正常，按计划实施，现在队伍渐渐壮大了，任务分配和人员的培训显得非常关键了，公司需要新鲜的血液，同样也需要保持最精简的状态，团队大了容易人心涣散，如何增强团队的凝聚力，是现在必须要面对的事情。希望能够跟更多带过团队的人沟通和交流，IT团队毕竟跟其他团队不一样，如何发挥各自的能力，如何协调和配合，才是关键。

       我这个人最大的弱点就是心软，身为一个公司的经营者，首先要以公司的长远发展为己任，情感只能放到第二位，言出必行，行必果。原则性的东西，我还是要坚持的~
